Mr Hamza Shafqaat has been associated with NOA for over 9 years now. He dedication and unique teaching methods have made him one of the most liked teachers at NOA. He belongs to the Pakistan Administrative service group and is currently serving as the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad. He also has a Degree in Public Policy from NDU.
